EVERYBODY IS HERE!Oct. 22-31 2006 The Festival held annually in Dumaguete on Negros Oriental in the Philippines is HOT! One of the great efforts put together by every community to promote Tourism. Agriculture. Regional Products. Food, Music and fabulous crafted displays. A great competition determining the best promotion for the year. Proud participants create amazing booths constructed by local craftsmen usually with limited resources but the outcome is spectacular. HOW TO PROMOTE TOURISM! They have it right in Dumaguete. You can hardly imagine the happy crowds, tasty foods, gala displays and a true sense of pride. Nothing so commercial to turn you off but hard work and soul. Nice.
